Hai fellow Endgame PvPers. I am a noob on my Bird. Simply put....I SUCK! Since it is FREE Respec, do you think this build for dex is good?

I have elite bow set and talon set

300 Dex rest on str
OR
Full Dex

AND

Whatta bout skills?
9 Buffs (DUHHHHH :P)
9 Restore (IMMA HEALING BURD!)
9 Shattering Scream (For debuff and maximize the damage with the combo)
9 Blast Shot (Duh!)
9 Blind Shot (Maximize Debuff)
9 Single Root (Maximize Dodge debuff
5 Avian Scream (To get out of root, freeze, and other stuns)
2 Repulse Shot
4 Root Wall (lvl 3 gives 8m range and lvl 4 gives 10m range so I went for 4 to get more range)
1 Break Armor (I don't see it as so important)

Give me any sort of feedback! Be as candid (truthful). I NOOB ON BURD! Thanks to all who posted.

Wouldn't get to attached to it, aren't the supposedly going to reduce the bonus skill points in the coming weeks along with other nerfs?

Some advice- no restore or 1, 9 repulse, 9 break. 5 or so on avian and roots.

I do 5 restore, 7 repulse and 8 blind (since hit is just too darn high).

9: Single Root
7: Repulse
8: Blind

Total is 65
What bout the last two? Root Wall and Break Armor? 6 and 5 respectively?

Max out blind and repulse. And you only have 75 skill points at level 76.

I use 5 shatter and 9 break armor. You still get a really high combo damage and, I believe, a higher armor debuff.

9 buffs, blast is obvious. So should be 5 avian for against ice/stuns/roots.

0 restore: heal is weak, long cooldown and the fights are often too fast to time it.

1 Shattering: Useful for combo and some aoe dmg. The additional dmg and debuff at higher lvl isnt really worth the points considering that birds should kite at 10-12m most if the time.

7 repulse: doesnt repulse any further and dmg doesnt increase much at higher lvls.

8 blind: Max hit debuff

9 break and BOTH roots: All helpful for killing tanks which is a birds main job in Ctf. Dont go lower on thornwall, its a great skill (eventho it has a slightly longer cooldown)
