Mythic quest upgrade bug

I play 36lvl warrior. And i want to upgrade my mythic armor and helm. And then start the quest. I came last quest Complating the armor. I completed quest then deleted this quest by mistake. And then take again quest but the runes didn't give shards. I waited 24 hours to request but again the runes didn't give shards. I am very sad. Pls help me.

As I recall, every time you approach those runes, the dialog box should state "Pick a Shard".

We see it, likely a bug that will need to be fixed in a coming update. Thanks for the report!

Edit: Looking through the quest the only way this could be broken is if you had already completed, or began to complete pieces of the entire quest then abandoned it. Send a message to support @ spacetimestudios.com and they will have to look deeper. Was there a reason you deleted the quest?

At the beginning i say English is bad sory.
I deleted quest by mistake. I dont want. And then i take quest but the runes dont give shards.
Now, u said wait update? I understand true?
Not. I sent alotof mail for support. Space.....but no answer

Stop bumping. Support takes a while to answer and Carapace said it will be fixed.
