Glitch or suppose to happen?

When you drop clock with the DoT add on and some other sorc comes with curse and you die instantly xD. Is the damage over time suppose to hit you like that? o_O

the same observation...

i like to play against sorc using time coz my curse hit them very hard, giving them a lot of reflect DOT.
when they cast their time i just cursed them and place my toon in the mid of their time and walah!!!
