Can't log into support while im logged in

So I accidentally liquidated something I want back, I couldent recover it because if it goes past 6 items you can't buy back.
My problem is that I cant send a ticket to support. I don't know why, when I am logged into the forums, I hit support, and it takes me to a page asking for a log in.
When I log in using the exact info that I used to access the forums normally ( where i Am logged in to forums), it says log in not found.
I can backspace where I AM logged in, but it shows I am not logged in when I try to click on support. I don't understand how I can be logged onto forums but can't send a ticket to support because it says I'm not logged in.

Nahh, support is another login than forums. (98.9% sure)
The support page looks different than the forums as well, just register there again with Suentous PO.

Huh! Your right Doc, it is totally different, I made the assumption it was the same log in as the forums.
Sent in a ticket, only my second in a couple years, hope it works!!!!!
