I'm a new here at PL.

So I wanna ask.
What is the best level as a twink in PL?
How much it costs for the gears?
And, how to enter the PvP arena? And also there are so many stat/kdr in our avatar, are those for PvP? (Except the PvE one)

There is no best level, its just what you like and prefer to play.

The best gear can cost anywhere from 0gold-5m depending on what set...

Familiarize yourself with the join game screen as well ;)
