My characters were deleted or something. I have been unable to get any help from anybody. Any ideas? Just want to make ppl aware that your characters can go missing at Amy moment

The pics are from AL, but maybe you are seeing something similar in DL.

Otherwise, did you try contacting sts support?

Yes. I did all of that already. And I contacted support as well. Have heard nothing in response. OMG, I was just looking at you signature. I was in your guild...

This usually happens when you are using a different log in method than you have used previously.

Support usually takes a few days to respond due to the volume of support requests.
