Level Difference in PvP

I suggest players who are Lvl 24 should not go up against players who are Lvl 26. The gear difference and skills difference is far too great. Lvl 24 already have trouble fighting against 25, how much more 26 with mythic gear.
Lvl 24 should only be able to fight Lvl 25 at the highest. Not 26. It's just imbalanced

I'm not much of a twink, but I probably wouldn't pvp at 24.

I believe that only characters that are +1/-1 of the character's lvl who started the game can join. So if a lvl 25 started the game, then lvl 24-26 can join. Either it's that or +2/-2 of the person who started it.
