hi dev , I contact support recently about an account of mine for items and gold only the account isn't real just made it up so I tried to log into it last time say's its wrong pass while its right its already saved on my device and im sure off it and if I press forgot button no real email so wont help I contact support they needed to send them info's I send the info I know email , pass , items , gold contact 7x got 1 reply that was from the second send so I considered to post it here just to make it more value . thank you

Hey Sam!

I'm aware of the inability of support to instantly cater to your needs and I understand why you had to bring it up to the GD section. If I read it right, it seems like you've got some of your items stored in a mule account with a made up email. If this is so, I'm pretty sure the support team can do something about it as long as you provide your proof of ownership. It is frustrating to some extent but I'm hoping you get your case solved as soon as possible.
