I have decided to start a raffle. 10 people will participate at a time, the entrance fee will be 50k. the winner will receive 450k. Each person will randomly be assigned a number. A calculator will then produce a random number between one and ten. That person will get the prize.

There's a reason why you don't say many player-hosted raffle contest threads around the forums. Trust. As opposed to in game, most forum members tend to have more common sense and be more mature. I am not calling you a scammer; however, many of these raffles either aren't very successful or end up getting locked. From what I've heard, past contests similar to this have resulted in scams.

The only way that I could imagine a player-hosted raffle being successful would be if you had a developer or moderator sponsor you. This, however, is very rare because STG will only do this (from what I've seen) with clients who they deem to be trustworthy.

If you cared to notice, the past couple lottery/raffle contests have had little to no success because of the extremely small odds of winning and probably trust.

With that being said, good luck with your contest but don't expect a big turnout, if any.

Shouldn't raffles be fun and stuff and the host is the one losing some money. I've never seen people who host raffles to try and make money

Personally I wouldn't enter a Raffle which is hold by someone who accuses my friends to learn proper English while he can't make a sentence without a mistake.

Public lotteries/raffles aren't allowed on forums. Only closed (meaning inside a group of friends or guild) lotteries are allowed after asking the permission to do so from a mod/dev.
