Which class are you? If you're a Rogue, then I'd recommend Glacian or Hammerjaw. If you're a Warrior, then.....Idk. If you're a Sorcerer, then Samael.

For twink usage

Rogue - glacian (crit use)

Warr - samael

Sorc - hjaw / samael

End game lvl

Rogue - hammerjaw (dmg)

Warr - samael

Sorc - samael / glacian

I think this is purely a PvP perspective. In PvE application, I would disagree simply because of Glacian's happiness bonus stats and long cool down are not optimal for the warrior and group as a whole.
