Contact the support. They don't work on the weekend. You'll have to wait at least till monday.

A few things could be the problem
Your not on the device you made the account on
Might need to check to see if you have it set to only your device can trade to keep scammers from trading to there account (friend had that problem)
Or maybe a bug

I MADE NEW ACCOUNT BOUGHT THE CHEST OF PLATINUM AND IT GIVES ME SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY I DIDNT TRADE ANYONE ONLY USED AUCTION THIS IS SO STUPID. Please admin help...

Nobody is going to help you on the forums. All thats going to happen is JustG or Delphina will come here and tell you to email support, then they'll lock the thread. So instead of whining and crying in caps, chill out, email support, and wait like a good little boy.

Email support, they'll get it fixed ASAP...I'm the "friend" sheriff mentioned, I got it fixed during the weekend. Stop crying on forums, this'll just get your thread locked. Email support@spacetimestudios.com.

This happened to me before, all I did was send a complaint to sts, waited till tomorrow, then its back to normal.

I don't get why people feel a need to have so many accounts. Played these games for years now haven't seen a need for a secondary account. Seems like more trouble than it would be worth
