Level 10 rogue build?

I have the gear but just not the correct skills. All decent rogues beat me and pro rogues destroy me
All I can do is beat undergeared players using all my mana, boy this is hard:/

I really need a build, please pm or list here a few types of pro rogue builds, thanks!
