As Thebane says, you can set your quick reply option by opening your Option/Settings and look for quick reply and turn it on.
I suggest to explore more on the option menu and find settings that can be useful for you.
This game can be 10x fun when you know how to use it. But until then, keep learning and you'll also be one of the ruler or this carvina!
