you'll need to purchase a 'Re-roll Character Stats' or 'Five(5) Chatacter Re-specs!' from the Upgrades! section of the store using Platinum (5p for one, 20p for five)

You need to use real money to buy the platinum in order to get a respec.
It's only 5 platinum (99 cents) for a respec, however.
