Elite Astral Heart - Bugged Again?

So a couple of guildies and myself decided to go fight the Elite Astral Heart in regular Astral Tower and noticed that he kept on RESETTING back to full health two times.

We were within close perimeter of him, basically around and behind him and never left his kill zone area.

Any clue whats up with this? Working as intended? We have killed him once already with no issues.

Me and a few friends had the same thing happen with regular Bloodhammer. His health got halfway and reset, twice. We were finally able to kill him the 3rd time.
