No platinum on the account

I bought some platinum yesterday and still nothing on my account.
Even e-mailed STS with no response.
If this happend to anyone, please help me.

Something like that kinda happened to me it kelp failing but was taking the money but in an hour i would get the money back and try it again but kelp doing the same thing i messaged them about it and 3 days later they said its was stopping before fully went through so i ended having to call google play store to have it fixed
