Rabid bite broken?

Hi,

When i used to play vixen i seem to remember when i pushed rabid bite, the character shot forward. Now when i push it she stands still and shoots n arrow or swings sword with no nimation effect or movement. Also rabid bite plus hamstring combo does not seem to work.

Im using ipad and ios 5

Rabid bite is bugged at rank 2+, and doesn't work if your target isn't in 8m range from you.

Just leave it at rank 1.
