Free Platinum: Install and run the apps Issue

Hi All,

I have an issue regarding on the title above. My device is iPad Mini and everytime I touch the free offer it will always load and can't process on installation. I also did the manual installation by searching the app in Apps Store but after a day my platinum didn't credited.

Anyone experiencing this? What should I do?

BTW: I'm new here and I like the game environment. I have so much fun playing AL.

Contact the offer provider's support - their email is in the faq section at the bottom right below the offers. They're supposed to sort it out when it doesn't work properly. Takes a week or ten days, if I remember right. I am actually waiting for them to reply for the same problem.
