Haven't tried this level range but:

Bears:
Blind>Break>Root>Shatter>Blast>Repulse
Remember not to charge a full buffed bear.

Or if they manage to Beckon you, Avian repulse them and run back to blind.

Mages:
Blast>Repulse>Root>Run till you get blast>Blast>Blind>Repulse

Birds:
Blind>Root>Blast (Keep your range on 11-12m)

Doesn't avian have to be level 6 to unfreeze/stun yourself?

Anyway, I had a lot of success with a simple blind, both roots - especially if they are dodgy (have to be fast), blast, then repulse if they aren't dead. Works best against birds.

Against mages I do blast, blind, both roots, break armor, and they should be dead. If not repulse. If the shield doesn't break do repulse after you blast.

Bears are easy. Just do blind, roots, and cruel blast combo to get past their armor.
