What is the difference between a tier 2 and a tier 3 guild? I made some plat from the double plat so I decided I should rank up my guild. And is it worth the 100 plat for tier 3?

I believe (it's been a while) that t2 includes a invantory stash w/ 2 rooms, and the t3 gives the elixir discount, the potion vender, and stash w/ 3 rooms.

No it hasn't. It has been there since about two weeks after the release of SL.
