Forgs nerfed h'ween slightly nerfed (greens only) and new vanities and ppl do slightly less dmg in pvp as well as 2x free plat offers

Quite a lot.
*Forgotten weapons got nerfed and have a huge liquidation price
*halloween weapons (purps and pinks only) got nerfed (except paws) and have a huge liquidation price
*dodge and crit buffs have a lower % to dodge/crit
*foxes have an extended dodge buff time
*rhinos have a 12m charge,
*damage was lowered in PvP.
