Hey,

Are L51 Foxes any decent? I'm going to use L51 RS/SK, Fury Sword and Shield with a SK Bow and an RR Recurve. Any tips, builds, what rings to use, attributes?

Thanks.

Suggestion: Use a 50 Reaper.

I can give gear tips:
Str/dex is better than full dex, many of my friends who have 51 foxes use str/dex.
Using royal sewer helm and armor, fury axe, and fury shield.

Actually 56 foxes are better than 51 foxes. 56 mace set has over 100 more damage than fury axe set.

Ikr lol. I mean sure the glyph mace set gives more damage but also all other class can use the same set so damage doesnt even matter...

Omg you are dumber than i tought.

This is how i would explain:
Fury axe fox has buffed damage 170-200. Foxes stay close to the target so this is important part of their damage.
With sm mace set foxes reach 280-350 damage wich is a lot more compared to furys damage.

Fury axe does about 20-40 damage every hit to target.
Sm mace has so much more damage that it does 120-170 damage at every hit. (Even to 56 set users which has more armor than 51 ones)

Fury and dex bears will own foxes at 51 because rage buff gives them that needed damage to axe. Foxes buff is weaker.

I would soggest him L56 sm fox because it does better in 1v1 and ctf than fury fox.

Nuke build:
108 str, rest dex.
Royal sewer helm and armor, raid recurve.

Tank build:
110 str, rest dex.
Royal sewer helm and armor, pink level 50 reaper/fury sword (don't use purple reaper), fury shield.

Both have pretty much same skill build:
6 hamstring, 6 vixen kick, 6 evasion, 6 rage tonic, 6 armor shredder, 6 fox howl, 3 fury, 1 rabid bite, 1+ hypnotize. Rest is up to you.

Tank build is better than nuke build against birds and mages, because if you get rooted/frozen before you get close => you're dead. Extra dodge helps a lot. Nuke build is useful against rhinos, foxes and bears..

Actually 56 foxes are better than 51 foxes. 56 mace set has over 100 more damage than fury axe set.
I have experience of both level 51 and level 56 foxes, and I can say that level 51 is way better.

We're talking about the simple fact of glyph fox is 5 levels higher, so duh its better. And:
Omg you are dumber than i tought. Really hypocritical, no?

@ Finnman

Then doesnt 56 SM bears have more damage than foxes since rage gives them that needed damage to mace?

OF COURSE 56 foxes are stronger...
Its like saying a 76 elite bird is stronger than a 70 phantom bird...duh, better gear, more dmg..

And I can make the case 61 Orlok is better than 56 Glyph, and 66 Humanian/Angel is better than 61 Orlok... see where we are going with this. He did not ask which level is best. He has chosen to play at 51 for now. He asked for advice. There is no need to comment on someone's intellect because: (a) It has nothing to do with this thread, and (b) we can conclude that your constant efforts to troll are "not smart."

51 fox owns way more than 56. Ive tried both and usually the only classes that beat a 51 fox at its own level is tank warbirds.

51 str/dex fox with 50 reap, nukes lv50 & 51 full dex bear/full dex birds and full int mages easily, about 75% of the time.

You will get demolished by any

-Full glyph 56s

And 51 fox does decent againts:

- 51 bears/mages/rhinos/Other foxes, of any build. (I have more problems with a fury/RS bird than a fury/RS bear. Tank bears are evenly matched with tank foxes.

-55 raid/custom/megamage/enchanted sets. They are 50-50 win fights.

My gear:

51 RS helm and armor
50 pink reaper.
51 fury shield.
Ring: +2 dodge / +8 armor

Face: white or green (+3% hit or %2 dodge)
