Its a random spawn in shuyal arena. One of the hardest aps to get due to how rarely he spawns. I have many friends with all arch nemesis aps EXCEPT child's play. We had a guild weekend where tons of parties tried to find him. But, not one sighting

I knw it has been raised before on his poor drop rate.and the conflicting difficulty which makes the ap questionable.
Suggest to make this ap more meaningful to increase his spawn rate and adding difficulty to make sense of his rare occurance.
Hence defeating him worth an achievement.
Also maybe the points can be added due to this fix.just thought starters

Lol i know emma just adding some points to it.i only hd 1 encounter w child and etg ws so fast till we forgot to cherish the success.only few aimed n hes dead.
Maybe we were so not expecting him to appear.
