Horn of renew is bugged since this weekend

When im at pvp the horn doesnt work properly.
When i have fully charged the spell, and even wait a sec after that, my warrior blows the horn but nothing will happen.
I can use the spell directly after i blown the horn, but i dont have time for that since im probably dead already. :(
More warrior members of my guild experience the same issue. ;)

Hi. I already posted this issue in another thread. The abilities (to include taunt) are still working properly. However, graphically the "!"s are not displaying.

Yes i read your thread. ;) But i didnt see anything in it for pvp.
The shield of the horn works always for me in pve, but 8 out of 10 times not in pvp. :(
