Do you mean the Shuyal-Arena? You will find a sorc called knox near the fountain in Kraag. Talk to him.
If you mean the new Shuyal-Maps, go into the basement of Stronghold, you'll find the entry in the south-west corner of the map. Talk to the smurfs down there.
