Well my int bear was 37 and I didn't record the build I used. All I can say is when the nightmare proc hits, use hs for the terror combo. It lowers their hit, dodge, armor, and damage.

94 Str 75 Int Rest Dex

Copper Helm
Iceberg Shield+Plate
Dark Wand/Pin

6 Rage
6 Taunt
4 Beckon
6 HS
6 CB
1 IB
3 Stomp
1 SMS
1 Crip

I found pins to be better against mages and pallies since they can just heal off the debuff. Use dark wand for birds and bears. Use whatever for foxes.

Alternative build is:
6 Rage
6 Taunt
5 Evasion
1 Iron Blood
6 HS
4 Beckon
3 Stomp
1 each slash

75 Dex, 75 Int, Rest STR

Swamp Rat Set but use a pin. (Dark wand does not work)

Beckon Scream Slashes Stomp

This was before the damage reduction so Im not sure if it still works. Use a 2 cri 10 damage ring.

It may just be my lack of knowledge of bears, but what good does 1 IB do?

At this level, characters have roughly 250 skill damage, averaged.

So if you have 1 extra armor and took 100 hits, you would have taken 100 less damage than you would have with your normal stats.

If you had 1 dodge, you would avoid 1 hit when attacked 100 times. Therefore you would take 250 damage less than you would with your normal stats.

So with this info, I concluded that at this level, 1 dodge=2.5 Armor

Each level of evasion gives 2 dodge, which is around 5 armor worth.

IB at level one gives 8 armor which is about 3.2 dodge.

From that i concluded that 5 Evasion 1IB > 6 Evasion
