I've completed 2 platinum offers and i didn't received the platinum I've send an email to nativex and they didn't answered to me and I think I've lost my money that it's not fair

Nativex can take a few days to get back to you, send another email, they have always credited me :single_eye:

its happen with me too.. i make many offers this weekend event and i never get platinum for app downloading..

i can farm normally but all the time some app never give the reward.. or just the surveys never give it.

How do you loose money on a free offer?

technically they aren't all free and its messed up that nativeX has offers that do cost money when spacetime studios puts complete offers and get "free" platinum yet native thinks hey these people will pay us money to get people to buy off them instead sts need to have it as "complete offers get slightly discounted platinum that you will more then likely have to wait 3-7 business days for" also most offers aren't kid friendly and this game has censors so this was obviously made to be a kid friendly game perfect offer companies like tapjoy or others like them are good for kids there are alot more app downloads on tapjoy and less spam and bull crap

True but sts has no choice on what nativex chooses to make as offers. I do miss when they used tapjoy though

kobo is not free u should purchase a book of 1.9$ or so to get those platinum

Have you done your "offer" correctly? If not then sometimes... It might fail

My husband completed the godaddy offer over the weekend, still no plat or response to his emails. I did it at about the same time, same offer, and mine went through immediately. We are both on Android tablets, same model/version, and he completed the offer correctly. Hopefully he gets his plat soon! He's getting irritated. :-(

I completed my offer sent two emails and still nothing. Some people get very fast turn around and others don't get a response at all. Their level of customer service consistency is discouraging, I'm patient but I don't want this to turn into a game of cat and mouse via email.

Hmm.. I dont know whats the matter with these free plat offers but it works well for me
Try restart the AL app after you did your offer

This is exactly my situation. I did mine friday night. Android. Sent my email on friday. No reply.

This is dumb update, HUGE free platinum offers this weekend, nekk minute no free offers to do ( all are now expired ) and the rest you have to pay for. What is this ,sts tryna empty peoples wallets lol.

For the GoDaddy offer people, they're actually working on confirming your order with GoDaddy.

I contacted CS of TrialPay immediately when it was available to do so which is about 15 minutes after you complete the offer.

They told me it will take about 2-3 days due to OVERWHELMING requests.

I can tell you that you will get credited your plat because this is my second time doing GoDaddy. First time it was instant.
