THE COLLECTIVE

The Collective is a tight knit group of friendly and skilled Elite PvE, PvP and Merchant players. TC values assisting our members in reaching their personal goals within the game. Additionally, we are active on the STS forums and chat box, building our friendships beyond the game. Our guild enjoys forum contests and we assist each other in participation. Recently we had a plethora of members complete the 20 days for the Arcane Ring contest, and also many who played the Forum Egg Hunt (with winners, Congrats guild!) The Collective is excited for up-and-coming contests, stay tuned on our progress!

Our leaders see the game on an intellectual level allowing the guild to stay ahead of the curve of the ever changing game mechanics. We will turn you into an elite running machine, be ready for some fast and furious Elite runs. TC members push and tone each other into becoming exemplary players of each class.

You may wonder how our guild operates our runs and PvP. We foster a healthy environment where your own personal playing style and proven tactics can meet and you as a player can thrive. The social environment is laidback, comfortable and most times comical. Elite runs are slightly more serious, but not too intense. The Collective plays hard, but we always keep it fun.

Recruitment Update:
We are looking to add dynamic and helpful players to the roster. The Collective feels strongly about player quality and personality over quantity. For more information please speak to an officer or recruiter in game or on the forum chat box.



Focus Points:
-Assisting in AP point gain, and PvP personal goals
-Elite PvE farming
-Testing skill builds to maximize each class, while taking into account individual play style
-Mastering clean runs of all elite maps, and passing that knowledge down to all guild members
-PvP both Twink and AP

Recruitment:
-Level 35+
-Twink PvP any level

Simple Rules:
-Participate in guild runs and activities
-Be helpful and personable, get to know your guildies
-No begging or trash talking within the guild (if not in good fun)
-No disrespecting other guilds in forums, chat, or PvP
-If you are going to make a sell within guild, the price tag need to be a fair amount below listed CS price.

Bumping this for eliteness since I just solo'd Elite Forest Breach (Ferrix) last night. Took 20 minutes and I got a veggie re-roll.

Also did 2 Man Oltgar with a non-mythic tank (jamin) aka Hectororius, no issues also.

I believe the maps where the boss do not have adds coming out constantly ie: Ferrix, Frostnir, Grimnr etc. can be solo'd with the proper skill setup and gear.

My next shot will be trying to solo Elite Astral Heart which has already been done. I think by Falmear <.<

Kei on elite astral heart I interred map alone and went for it thow it may not count I pumped up on protect and damage elixer :) and was able to get his health down to a sliver of green with in 20 min and would say one more shot to crystal would have done it. And then a newer player decided to get in on the action lol approached and ran for the door uhg. Yep reset wow lol gained composer and had to remember I was that person not so long ago learning how to play mostly from you guys :)

Pro, I suggest you do a /partyinvite 000 for a solo party. This is what I do alot when no one is available to run. I literally go and try to solo certain elites and it GREATLY improves your own skills on your class.

You are right hect ! We have some very skilled leaders in our group that are willing to teach coach and train and make the time to do so . Romp kei,zu,Nina etc. have all played a part with helping me as well. I think the best part is the different personalities zu is like patient and plans efficient and has a single goal and will make the hard call if nessacary to protect the as he once put it the family :) kei is like dude did you really just do that and always finding new ways to improve play and share .. Nina is like straight forward and competitive with a hint of mercy and understanding for newer players lol romp is like YO ! LETS ROLL and dude if you pm me one more time I'm going to drop my hammer on your head lol :) all fun to play with and great coaches And want all players in the guild to have the opportunity to grow and that goes for all of are leaders . Askaranger showed me in arena when votevex appears .if a member of that group dies atack the feance while waiting on others to finish .the vortex will cycle to you and keep it from affecting playerd fighting in arena . I thought this was a great tip . Thks askaranger very helpful.

How do we get two. leaders in one guid and are the best at wht they do .. And both have right answers .. And no answer was wrong omg I ask a lot of friends . So I read an radicle kei wrote and I was like u right bro that's the ticket nothen but respect to u brother .. He was right on the money to .. Anyways, running the solo km3 run, i've managed to run in to skratch twice already, in about 8 runs i've done.. I think he's popped just as many times for me in the past 2 months..

Km3 run I used zus build and Aiyana showed me the best way to run the map . I still kept hitting times of 250 to 257 but I was persistent in figuring on what made the deferance so this may be a little long so I appollgiize :) here we go ! zus build is what I used it was 5 aimed shot 4 nox 2 traps 4 veil .. Aiyana gave me this passive build for pvp 5 int 5 dex 5 crit 4strength and I WAS GOOD TO GO RIGHT! Nada it did not happen because I was not using the build the way it was designed ..for a day I was tapping aimed shot and not charging nox laid traps and smoke did not c a big time deference . The second day I realized I was not charging nox and shooting as I ran so I started doing that every chance I got. I charged nox and the poison was steady killing mobs as I got to the end of the main first run the mobs where dead or half Dead then I dropped trap and smoke killed as many as I could before the clock hit 38 sec then moved on using bow to create crit for the up coming Mage one shot kill on first and second Mage .. Then right circled arena charged nox back down and over to left arena killed all mobs their bow boss pops up and pulled back to right arena and woulda kill all 3 bosses thier the trick that worked for me to improve was this run was charging nox all the way through seemed to be first and most important ! second was not to be to close to the bosses when shooting arrows from a distance It seemed I was delivering way more damage to the bosses . I kept running over and over until I I got it down to the 217 lots of runs lots of pods but I felt it was worth the learning curve .. Standing further increased dmg continual charging nox traps and smoke It worked for me :)

Definitely will read it a few time either way to get a better understanding lol.

Some key things I did get was the timing of hazes arcane to ensure you covered enough mobs for armor reduction and charged NOx at a distance had a greater impact on killing them with poison. Poison will do most of the killing for you when applied correctly, an art in of itself :)

Maybe you can take a couple of us in to show the method in action when we run our dailies :)
