Sir I forgot to tell u that the time Mr. ALEX transfered the plats to my fb account I was still using my first Username: Mrmalibog, now I already changed name to "Xxslapshock".,.,
The account where the plats that we are requesting to be transfered will be from our registered spacetime account character having a Username: "Jeoahaa". This is my wife's rogue character which we're always using to purchase Chest of Plats, coz' like what we've said, we can't DIRECTLY buy that C.O.P through my former Mrmalibog (presently "Xxslapshock") coz our card has always been declined by google and eventually it says In-App buying disabled.,., please help us fix this issue coz we're always facing a hard time purchasing plats. For the mean time, and for the third time around we are requesting to transfer those plats into the said account ;-)

so sts can now transfer plats from one account to the another?

You have to contact customer support. This forum is for bugs.
