Lucky leps or no?

Soo someone, a guildie actually was talking about how some people seem reroll more than others. He insisted that leps are different and have thier own luck. I think nonsense cus they all grant 15%. If player rerolls lot they prolly stack lep+elixir. I told guildie this and he still insist leps have thier own luck and its been cinfirmed lol. If this is true we should spend gold on multiple leps to get a lucky one? Doubt it.

I have done the same just wearing a lep i have got 5 locked chest back to back before just from lep

I dont know.before this i use my own lepre and no reroll.after change my lepre,in 3 hours i can get 8 locked.
