looks like the forum you want to post a picture into forbids the action, or the size of the photo or so. Try to deactivate restrictions on uploading or figrue out what the photo-settings in your account are.

All i did was click on pics it says that everytime and if i still try to add a pic after it says that it says error no address after the upload try
