how can you determine the damage of curse? is it base on the damage of sorcerer or is it a fix Dot?

According to Devs, it's based on the base dmg of your opponents (and it ignores armor).

Was in AL anouncements, thread was posted a few months back when they buffed a few mage skills.

The damage is calculated at a universal scalar factor, and does not take into account your int, dex, str etc. The other players damage value, or enemy mob damage value is the number used for the calculation.
This means that if I have mythic gear and crazy awesome weapons and all my stats are to make my damage heavy, I'm going to hurt myself a lot when I attack you. Conversely if I have almost no damage, I won't hurt myself too much.[/QUOTE]
