There is a 'ghost' merchant there that floats away, and I always kept trying to click on him of course! He is only accessible though in the middle of the armor quest and he sells the imbue essence.

Well I don't have any Mythic items, so I'm not upgrading anything atm....whatever. It's funny though :)
