And you think a vague post is going to help your situation? There are thousands of posts made each day, you cannot honestly expect them to respond to each one. If you are having an issue in-game or on forums, email at support(@)spacetimestidios.com. Otherwise, be patient.

Sometimes this doesn't work. I emailed support month or two ago and no reply. When I go onto my cases in support section of the fourms it says closed. No response or anything. And no it was. It a stupid question. You would think I would get a little bit of aknowledgement for the 30 minutes I went into typeing it
