Could somone please tell me how long and when these server shutdowns are. Like is it a daily shutdown for X ammount of time thanks.

They dont do server maintenance very often. They said at 12:02 that it would be down for about 20 minutes, so it should be up any moment now :)

No. A shutdown comes when there is an update. Minor updates (like this one) usually take about 10-20 minutes. Generally there is an update once or twice a week. But it depends on the studio when and why. No regular schedule here.
