you know i had 60 int when goat lent me his level 18 flaming fireblaster like two months ago.
so you can get 60 int with a level 18 or lower level dreamer's or mastery pink.

yea, i deleted, lol.
i have 158 int on my level 50 bear, though! beat that! and i have lots of accounts. the current one i'm using is level 22, right now.

Um lv16 pinks were famous after lv19 pinks came famous around in mid ao2 right?
