Ok...some ppl that write things in the forums have a picture down them... that looks pretty and cool, but i dont know how to do that. Can someone tell me how that works?

It's called a signature... to upload it follow these steps :

1. Login to your forum account
2. Go to settings ( see below in the screenshot) :

3. Go to " Edit signature" (see below the screenshot) :
