I pvp on pl but am switching over to al. What char and lvl range is fun for pvp, that also has reasonably priced gear

Nothing beats endgame :) more about teamwork, skill and not half as much trashtalking as twink lvls :)

I tried twinkin at 16, there was hardly any team playing it was all about the rogue farming newbs.
