Traveller's Outpost, Kraag City, Paradise Pier, Stronghold, and City of Kelys.
It has the logo of a mallet and usually where the crowded area is.

Travelers Outpost is probably the easiest CS to find.
Add Lift in-game and I'll show you if you'd like.
