Making 56 bird. Strong man mace set or obed xbow? Which will give me an over all better experience at 56, granted I have little to no experience 56-61 pvp

Um, since 56 birds now take more skill, going warbird would help ease you up a bit,as you dont die as much as full dex bird.

No. Even with oby, half str/dex puts you at a disadvantage~30 less skill damage.
Wabirds beat dex birds easier but with the damage nerf, you wont kill just about anything else.
