could someone post the equips need for the cosmos, void, and rift sets?
e.g. wep (weps), helm (helms), body, offhand (if possible)

1) overlord's rift helm, scimitar, skull shield and power armour.
2) jacob's void helm, mega blaster and void leather.
3) jacob's cosmos helm, mirage staff and cosmos robe.

Exactly right.

Sets give bonus stats (armor, dodge, damage)

There is no other combination of cosmos/void/rift other than these that give bonuses.
