Hello staff of arcane legends! I am not sure if this belongs here but I am a little disappointed and upset about this. I did an offer from native x, the the credit score/report one that gives 350platinum I got approved and everything and signed up and paid, but I did not receive my platinum. I did this for the reward, and paying what I have to for the first month is a little harsh if I don't receive my platinum. Is there any way you can confirm it and make sure I receive my virtual currency or how can I go about receiving the 350 platinum I paid for through offers?

Doesn't it say you have to wait 3 WORKING days?

Let's see, you emailed them Friday - except an answer on Monday/Tuesday.

I completed this same offer and emailed them three times. It has been (as of today) eleven business days and I have not heard a single thing. :(

I haven't heard anything either....what's going on here? If we don't get refunded or the platinum, any way for the devs here to reward us if we prove we completed it?

Milli, there is a Contact NativeX button on that screen to the bottom right I believe.

I had the same issue. I waited at least 1-2 days after I sent the email. Then I sent ANOTHER email and then they manually credited me.

I sent another email + posted on the spacetime support thingy. Hopefully one of them help me get my platinum I was promised :(
