I've mostly been on AL so I wanted to get back into twinking in PL.
What level and class should I make?

I currently have a 70 mage, 56 bird, 35 bear, 35 mage, 30 mage, and 20 rhino.

I really suggest 35 voodoo mage. Although you have to fight through those haxing 40 bears, it is a great preparation in terms of range, combo, and timing for endgame. Level your 70 mage to 75 or 76 to do endgame, either pally or int. I suggest int first because, again, it give you extra practice on kiting and strategies. That's all! Good Luck!

@Sheriff: You could try out 51 bird, MightyMicah made a 51 bird guide that has many gear builds and specs, its very good.

Ya should go 75 with mage. Fiery set is not nearly as expensive as the other BSM sets.
