Atleast you still have offers xD
Have you tryed completely resetting the nexus 7 then trying? (used to work for me when my IPod crashed when viewing them)

it's the same as having no offers because when the list shows up, it then crashes.
my nexus is brand new. i just opened it yesterday and installed arcane right away.
so reset or not, i bet the outcome would be the same

Yup, I have this issue on my Nexus 7 as well, 2013 ver. Too bad cause there seems to be good offers that are now available.

It's an Android 4.3 issue.
