Here do you get twink items as drops. Such as captain axes and and forunner and bonechill? Do they just come from low lvl chests? Please let me know thanks! !

Twinkle items from past seasons are discontinued. You can pop crates for this season's, or check the cs, but other than that I don't believe there is a way tto farm for twink items.

False.
Founders and forunner gear were elite drop and gear packages from the store tab in season one. (They are now discontinued).
All the other gear he listed are items that used to drop from locked crates. However, the loot from locks are changed each season. (Aka you can't get a captain's axe or bonechill gear anymore)
