It Is Mandatory to do The L Token and E Token Quests, I need to do 2 more quest

So thats the problem i need to do 2 more quest but the l token and the e token quest are weekly quest so i want to know it is mandatory to do thats 2 quest or how can i do th last 2 quest please help bwcause the l and e token quest are so hard..

If I recall correctly, they do count to your quest count, so if you haven't done them yet, you need to in order to compete all quests.
