3 crit, 1 health regen, approx. 8 damage (depends on your base stats), 3 armor.

Oh crap. I guess you need pots for mana and hp regen?
lol, void gives 5 mana and 1 health. this means if you're a pure dex, it will be 4 hp regen, 15 mana regen!!! no need for pots.. =]
