Im not sure if I just have the worst luck possible but I've killed bosses is shuyal so many times and have yet to get anything but rare items. I've killed ferrix about 10-20times Inan 15-30 and obergrowth2-4times and get rare items only.
Just wondering not complaining is it just me :p

Make sure your in elite (probably are). Then you need a form of luck(luck ammy or luck elix) and pray you get a drop. The legendary drop chances from elite are pathetic so luck items are needed.
