But if you mean loot by opening crates/elite gold chests the answer is yes =]

if u need 100/1000 locked for get maybe 1 arcane (if u have luck and got it) maybe u need 200/2000 elite golden for got 1 arcane if u have luck..

It's possible because arcane and mythic exist in the game! Whether you'll get lucky and loot is all luck

I would agree with kingmartin, i have never looted any arcane or mythic i would like to know the feeling when u loot it must be great, i choose the easyier more expincev way, just farm and merch then buy them from people who loot :)

We most definitely should be able 2 loot myth items in game via drops...... ok so save the arcane for the plat spenders then the people who spend actual money 2 play will still have the best but everyone else also will have a chance at decent weapons and armor so that elite farming is an option for more people. My thought is arcane weapons pets and ARMOR hmmmmm arcane armor i like the sound of that can be looted via locked....... and myth, legendarys, epics, and greens looted in game via drops.....forget the whites they are pointless unless u are in your first hour of playing a toon. Just do away with them altogether. Pherhaps this would make everyone happy but i doubt it cause there will always be people complaining regardless of the means to achieve items. I dont know just a thought but i really do like the sounds of ARCANE armor. If u read my poorly puncuated paragraph i apoligize for the punctuation or lack there of. Laterz
