Basicly I dunno if I accepted the first quest before leaving tavern- is there anway to do again without restart cuz I need ap and I'm level 35

I think you can still do it. If you didn't accept the quest, you should be able to. If you did and deleted it (like I did for Ydra Forest campaign :p), then your out of luck probably.
